  • Overview

    The Intern Acquisitions & Back Office will be responsible to support team´s members on activities related to be continually measuring execution time of key processes resulting in a permanent review of the Vendor´s performance levels.


    Additionally, will contribute to identify and monitor that processes documentation (manuals, metric definitions, job aids, formats, etc.) are updating according to current operation with contribution from other areas involved (Training, Branches, etc.) or his/her self-input, besides complement quality activities on Vendor´s internal procedures and support reporting requirements.


    • Continually measuring execution time per Acquisition and Back Office´s (BO’s) campaigns (time response, productivity levels, etc.)
    • Identify process manuals no longer updated and coordinate its upgrade through a permanent monitoring and revision with other areas involved (Training LAO SC, Branches, etc.) or his/her own input
    • Update and keep under this line the catalog of all BO´s processes from the 3 countries (Mexico, Colombia & Chile)
    • Revision and when needed updates of all Job Aids, Formats, etc. used in all BO´s processes
    • Support team´s members to update the Metric Definition of Daily Reports used within the area
    • Strength quality process complementing efforts over physical files audits such as (Storage, Lien Releases, Legal Package, etc.) 


    • Active bachelor student of Administrative, Finance, Economic, Engineers or related careers
    • Languages: Fluent in both Spanish/English
    • Availability for at least 25 hours per week
    • Drive for Results
    • Highly organized
    • Good communication & interaction skills
    • Be able to identify deficiencies on current processes and bring for discussion with the teamwork.
    • Microsoft Office handling (Excel, Power Point, Word)
