The Field Sales Intern will be supporting the Regional Sales Managers and the Sales Director when they are in field meetings & or dealership visits. As an intern you will be also giving support to the administration of the Sales Inplant Project.
In-plants Status follow Up
Expense Reports / T&E process management
Support with Sales KPI's presentations
Support to Regional Mgrs. & Sales Director in travel logistics, dealership visitis & sales material updating.
Additional project support
Active student in the last semesters of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar.
Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus
Availability for at least 25 hours per week
Excellent organizational skills, ability to create and maintain work relationships.
Demonstrated ability to produce documents, spreadsheets, databases, presentations etc. with Windows-based software, as well as proficiency with the internet.
Strong oral, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate to individuals and groups.
Proactive with strong analytic and problem solving skill set
