    The FP&A Analyst will report to the FP&A Manager and work with the Senior Leadership in the organization to provide transparency of business results and performance. The candidate will support management reporting, analysis and pricing, also participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, support projects, new products and initiatives with high impact to the business. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for relevant and complex assignments with strategic and financial business implications, and contribute to the overall business strategy.



    • Maintaining, improving and developing existing management reporting process.
    • Ensure reporting requirement deadlines are met by facilitating and coordinating efforts across multiple functions to gather required data.
    • Assist in the development of financial performance measurement tools to monitor and improve performance.
    • Support financial closing activities and provide post-closing analytics and reporting.
    • Assist in creation and analysis of pricing proposals.
    • Assist in sensitivity & financial impact analysis to monitor and evaluate the financial performance on proposed strategies & key business strategies.
    • Provide financial data & ad-hoc analysis to local finance and operating teams.
    • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual forecast, including profit and loss, balance sheet.
    • Support the preparation of results, analysis and business plan presentations.
    • Proactively keep the FP&A Manager informed of business issues & opportunities.
    • Contribute to and drive process improvements.


    • +2 years of relevant experience in a finance or an analytical position.
    • Strong MS Excel, Power Point and Access application skills.
    • Knowledge of ERP and satellite databases.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal savvy and leadership skills.
    • Strong drive for results & able to perform well under pressure.
    • Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve financial and operational opportunities.
    • Desirables - previous experience financial planning and analysis.
