This position contributes to the implementation and sustainability of the Process Excellence (PE) program. The Process Excellence Specialist will partner with the branch/cluster/function PE Manager (if applicable) and PE IO leaders to assist the execution of the Business Process Management, Business Process Improvement, Innovation and Cultural Change projects within their area of responsibility. The PE Specialist/Sr. Representative will support the PE leadership in the deployment of the PE program by coordinating and supporting: training of staff, communication, project portfolio management, BPM implementation, BPI (continuous improvement projects) and any strategic initiatives related to continuous improvement and cultural change.
The PE Specialist/Sr. Representative is expected to have background academic formation and exposure to Process Excellence concepts, but will receive knowledge leveling in subjects such as Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, BPMS, and other improvement methodologies to further drive Process Excellence throughout the organization. The PE Specialist/Sr. Representative serves as a change agent, problem solver, facilitator, project team member and learning coach to drive a new culture. The PE Specialist/Sr. Representative will participate as a resource and support staff on process improvement projects on behalf of the organization, thus business acumen will count among one of the key requirements to develop and actively apply while leading by example.
