  • Overview

     

    The Insurance Sr. Analyst is responsible to support the development, implementation and ongoing administration of insurance products and services at the local GMF. Monitor and development sales actions & marketing initiatives between, Insurer, GMF and dealers and elaborate and control the area Business Plan.

     

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Act as primary key point on insurance products and services for GMF departments, insurance partners, brokers, dealers and customers.
    • Support GMF sales team in negotiations with dealers focus is insurance products.
    • Responsible for training GMF and Dealers sales team.
    • Help develop and monitor sales & marketing initiatives between, GMF, insurance companies, GM, dealers and their customers. This includes opportunities such as re-solicitation schemes, cross-selling activities, campaigns and learning initiatives (such as E-Learning).
    • Support the development, implementation and ongoing administration of insurance products and services at the local GMF.
    • Analyze, develop and fill reports due insurance products and related services for GM, GMF and dealers.
    • Manage the day to day insurance queries and their resolution, seeking assistance where necessary.
    • Complete insurance market, products and services competitive analysis, covering topics such as: products offered variations in insurance coverage, dealer commissions, pricing, and loss information.

     

     

    Qualifications

    • College Degree (minimum) in Business Administration / Marketing / Engineering / Economics (desired) and other areas depending on the experience background.
    • Post Graduate Degree (desired)
    • English Intermediated - Advanced (desired)
    • 5 years’ experience developing actions to improve Insurance sales giving support to partners and their team. (automotive industry experience desired)
    • Insurance knowledge (Extended Warranty product is desired)
    • Experience developing sales actions and campaigns
    • Training to improve performance and sales
