    The Remarketing Senior Representative will be responsible for the management, follow-up, and review of customer’s files and organization of auctions.


    The remarketing department is in charge of the logistics of repossessed units and the planning and execution of auctions to increase the company’s recoveries and KPI accomplishment.



    • Document management and review.
    • Customer support.
    • Auction buyer screening.
    • Invoice process and payment.
    • Follow-up on pending agreements.
    • Updating customer data.
    • Vehicle logistics.
    • Supplier management.



    • Bachelor degree in Administration, Engineering, Law or related (is a must)
    • Proficient English Skills, both verbal & written (will be evaluated during interview)
    • Knowledge of the regulation of financial institutions (basic).
    • Analytical skills.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work well in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proactive.
    • Skilled in effective communication (oral and written).
    • Negotiation skills.
    • Team player.
    • Strong ability in Microsoft Office tools.
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
