    The Talent Acquisition Intern will work closely with the TA Manager & Sr. Representative in Mexico & Colombia for ongoing direct recruitment activities.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for an active TA Project assigned during his internship duration & and will immerse in recruitment operation as a recruitment researcher & candidate/company mapping for diverse roles


    • Conduct and schedule phone and in-person interviews between candidates & hiring managers.
    • Manage ad-hoc reporting related to TA environment
    • Job Board postings such as: LinkedIn/OCC/University Job Boards,iCIMS, etc.
    • Support in job fair logistics and recruitment events.
    • Candidate pre-hire checks & evaluations support.
    • Assigned Project:
      • Job Description library update for MX Operations
      • National Sales Inplant Recruitment


    • Active student with strong academic records in bachelors such as: Psychology, HR, Administration, Engineering or related.
    • English & Spanish proficiency (both written & verbal)
    • Availability for at least 25 hours per week (5 hours per day)
    • Strong communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
    • Customer Service oriented
    • Background experience in customer service, recruiting or administrative activities is a plus.
