    As Jr. F&I Analyst, you will be responsable to provide training, improvements, spreadsheets and controls, analyze possibilities of gain on delears through SWOT analysis and will also be supporting F&I Events

    Responsibilities

    -Provide training to roll out our business culture into de Dealer.

    -Establish a F&I culture on Dealer to increase the GMF products penetration.
    -Present our product portfile for customers.

    -Track sales information, identify possible difficulties of the vendors and provide support.
    -Control the workflow of sales and promote strategies to increase the business.

    -Promote meetings with the board for feedback.
    -Implement the F&I Program inside dealerships; make it self funded within a month - maximum.
    -Select, Coach and train the business manager for dealerships.
    -Control and Manage dealer’s database of customers for additional business.
    -Measure results and coach accordingly in order to reach objectives.
    -Train sales force and sales managers so they can be aware of the advantages of F&I.
    -Develop tools and strategies to achieve the goals established.
    -Develop project, diagnostics, schedule of activities and report to dealers the final evaluation.
    -Manage training, since the development until final report: evaluation, payments and others.

    Qualifications

    -Bachelor Degree

    -English Advanced

    -Office: Word / Excel / Power-point;

    -Driver's license.
    -Ability to negotiate, Creativity, fast to respond to critical situations and Hands-On.

    -Available to travel:  85% of the time. Stay out of the office for a month, returning one weekend each 15 days in an average.
