    The Fleets Analyst is responsible to manage a commercial fleet customer portfolio mitigating the credit risk involved. Contribute promoting the generation of new business opportunities and anticipating customer needs and requirements. Responsible of operational duty on department.


    • Responsible of the commercial fleet customers portfolio, understanding business requirements while maintaining a strictly alignment on corporate policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain a close communication with customers assigned anticipating needs and promoting an environment of new business opportunities generation.
    • Responsible for ensuring response time with a high service level.
    • Maintain a proper follow up over customer requirements including cases which involve others GMF departments.
    • Ensure cooperation with other departments, to maximize efficiency within the company.
    • Ensure proper documentation is received on all deals, assuring SLA on New business watching financial info quality.
    • Maximize productive time by utilizing effective time management skills.
    • Responsible for Fleet contract purchases.
    • Responsible for Fleet department weekly reports.
    • Support the process of all deliverables of the BPMS Methodology.


    • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Finance or similar.
    • Fluent in Spanish and English languages.
    • At least two +3 years’ experience in one of the following areas: credit analysis, business development, banking, consulting.
    • High ability to analyze.
    • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.
    • Able to complete standard financial estimations, expertise in excel databases management. .
    • Excellent presentation skills; ability to conduct working sessions with internal and external clients including executive levels.
    • Team work and collaboration.
    • Ability to work under pressure while keeping a high decision quality.
    • Proactivity and initiative.
    • Goal oriented.
    • Able to establish a strong relationship with customers.
    • Negotiation skills.
