    Reporting to Business Development Director, The CRM manager will be responsible for leading development and execution of all approved CRM campaigns, supporting integration with GM CRM tools, processes and systems, working with Legal and Compliance to ensure CRM activities and supporting integration with GM CRM tools, processes and systems.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Translating organizational vision to various customer touchpoints in order to form a sustainable CRM approach
    • Conceptualizing and introducing new customer loyalty concepts & measurements
    • Leading development and execution of all approved CRM campaigns by coordinating with the global functions and GM, and managing external vendors, if any
    • Developing data driven recommendations for CRM campaigns and transferring them into customer-centered and integrated communication strategies and programs
    • Understanding loyalty drivers in this industry and utilizing these in an economic way to incentivize customers
    • Working with Legal and Compliance to ensure CRM activities and legal agreements are compliant with customer data privacy laws and other regulations
    • Supporting build out of CRM data and reporting strategy including database quality monitoring & data enrichment
    • Supporting integration with GM CRM tools, processes and systems

    Qualifications

    • College or University degree, ideally in Business Administration, with focus on marketing
    • At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of CRM / Marketing, ideally within the automotive industry
    • Advanced computer skills (MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Knowledge of database systems
    • Project management
    • Excellent English skills
