    The Customer Relationship Management Manager (CRM) will be responsible for supporting all the CRM activities working with all campaign modelling, execution and deployment. Strong cooperation with all internal areas is a must for data reporting and analysis. The successful candidate will support in providing valuable CRM reporting and data analysis for the CRM strategic campaign modelling and CRM strategy deployment in collaboration with GMM.

    Responsibilities

    • Execution and deployment of all CRM strategies. Project Management activities for new campaigns and CRM projects.
    • Execute all CRM strategies to drive customer retention.
    • Execute and deploy CRM Campaigns partnered with the CRM agency, GMM and IO.
    • Prepare monthly campaign reporting and measurement.
    • CRM Dashboard preparation.
    • Preparation of presentations and material for course design and trainings.
    • Campaign monitoring and correction process, AB testing’s and Control Group management. Campaign management with CRM agency.
    • Preparation of presentations and material for course design and trainings.
    • Project Management Activities for CR follow up.

    Qualifications

    Academic Background & Knowledge

    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Engineering or related is required.
    • Strong Spanish and English skills (will be evaluated during interview)
    • Strong oriented to data management, data modeling and data mining.
    • Strong Excel Knowledge, and proficiency is required. (Macro knowledge is a plus)
    • Proven experience in developing data analysis, data reports, dashboards and Power Point presentations.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English, will be evaluated in the interview.
    • Business intelligence and/or Artificial intelligence knowledge is a plus.
    • Business and Marketing mind set for data driven decisions.

     

    Background Experience

    • +5 years of experience in CRM, data analytics, data mining, business and marketing strategy.
    • Passionate about data analytics and data analysis for business data driven decisions.
    • Project Management Skills
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-oriented environment
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
    • Teamwork and collaborative attitude.
