    The Consumer Risk Manager is responsible for leading risk projects and to provide risk analytics that support and drive the local and international business toward achieving their KPIs, whilst maintaining appropriate risk disciplines.


    • Creation, validation and recommendations for the development of credit policies
    • Validation and support for pricing campaigns
    • Drive initiatives on auto decision logic
    • Support business with the positioning of new business segments and products, while ensuring sustainability
    • Creation of portfolio monitoring tools and assisting with collections related strategies
    • Support with the development and monitoring of Residual Value models
    • Assist with audit or regulatory requirements
    • Review consumer portfolio trends, transforming data analysis into recommendations to the business senior management in ad-hoc activities
    • Collaborate with other managers and senior members of the organization to drive improvements
    • Managing people responsibilities
    • Support with ad-hoc activities


    • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, Actuary, Economics, Business Management, Statistics, Computer Science or similar.
    • Desirable: Master in Risk Management, Finance, Statistics, Economics or MBA.
    • English & Spanish Proficiency (will be evaluated during interview)
    • +5 years of relevant work experience in banking, financial services, finance or consulting
    • Knowledge and management of the calculation of loss provisions and reserves IFRS9 and CNBV methodology.
    • Previous experience on topic related to credit analysis, credit strategy development, and portfolio reporting
    • High analytical capabilities with knowledge of statistics and segmentation algorithms
    • Effective oral and written communication with strong interpersonal skills
    • Experience leading teams
    • Previous experience managing projects
    • Previous work experience handling data sets, including literacy in at least of the following software’s: WPS, SAS, COGNOS, SQL or a similar tool.
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio.
    • Desirable: previous experience working at a captive
