  • Overview

    The individual will play a role in Commercial Information Management reporting solutions and production. The candidate will report to the manager in Sao Paulo and will assist in implementing analytic solutions and data strategies for the Latin American Commercial Information Management team.


    • Meet with decision makers, systems owners to define business requirements and resolve business system issues
    • Responsible for identification of business needs, documentation of business requirements, and technical specifications for use in the design of reports for commercial information departments (targeted reports for projects programs, initiatives and / or areas of concern identified in consultation with business)
    • Responsible for researching data anomalies and issues
    • Ability to conduct ad hoc research projects, incorporating project design, data collection and analysis with presentation to senior management
    • Lead projects or special assignments as required


    • Bachelor’s degree in fields such as: Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems
    • Robust problem solving capabilities, excellent data analysis skills
    • Self-starter, with the ability to examine large data sets and highlight patterns, anomalies, relationships and trends
    • Analyst able to handle complex cross-functional business challenges
    • Ability to manage deliverables according to a project plan
    • Analytical mindset, business results oriented, ethical and high integrity
    • Data management and reporting
    • Experience in credit risk management for automotive finance or banking preferred
    • Analytics software capability including experience with MS Access, MS Excel
    • Knowledge or willing to train on Cognos, Visual Basic, SQL
    • Demonstrated successful organizational and communication skills, creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize.
    • Experience with risk and financial analysis, audit and control activities
    • Solid quantitative and data management skills
    • Knowledge of English required, Spanish knowledge is a plus
    • Innovation and problem solving
    • Must possess the ability to prioritize assignments to meet required deadlines
    • Communication (verbal and written), presentation and project management
