    In this role within the Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for analyzing the effect of local marketing investments and tactics as it pertains to CRM and other digital web initiatives. Assess customer driven campaign performance, synthesize data, distill findings, develop insights and recommend actionable next steps. This position requires someone with strong analytical and business skills, who can deliver at a tactical level.

    Responsibilities

    1. Gather data, analyze and provide recommendations on customer campaign performance to optimize ROI by market on monthly basis
    2. Assess CRM campaigns and develop insights as well as  initiatives to improve campaign performance to drive incremental sales
    3. Develop and maintain CRM / Digital dashboards and a monthly report with insights to the management team across all international markets
    4. Instruct and educate markets on how to perform control groups and AB testing
    5. Assist in the facilitation of monthly CRM forum meetings
    6. Work with analytical agency to implement customer propensity models
    7. Collaborate with Business Intelligence and IT to maintain  customer data platform, campaign history, and create real time CRM dashboards
    8. Work with Marketing ,CRM and analytical teams for both GM Global and GMF NA
      • Participate in GM Meeting and identify opportunities for GMFIO
      • Partner with GM Global CRM Analytical team to leverage their capabilities and insights while driving knowledge to GMFIO markets
      • Collaborate with GMF NA teams( Digital/CRM/Analytics) on best practice and other

    Qualifications

    Education level:

    • Bachelor’s degree (minimum), desirable Business
    • Master’s degree (desired)

     

    Experience Level (Mandatory):

    • Automotive or financial industry experience
    • Strong analytic, quantitative, and problem solving skills
    • Experience querying and analysing complex data sets
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Expert in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint
    • Superior written and oral communication skills

    Experience Level (Preferred):

    • 1+ years of experience with SAS or R
    • 1 + years of marketing experience

    Skills & Knowledge:

    • Quick learner, high level of initiative, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task.
    • Must have the ability to solve problems and meet deadlines
    • Able to present structured solutions to different levels of audiences
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast paced environment are required
    • Must have superior interpersonal and teamwork skills
    • Ability to ask the right questions to drive understanding and help find solutions
    • Highly self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
    • Experience in Adobe / Google analytics, preferred
    • Ability/knowledge of website tagging, preferred
