    In this role within the Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for analyzing the effect of local marketing investments and tactics as it pertain to CRM and other digital web initiatives. Assess customer driven campaign performance, synthesize data, distill findings, develop insights and recommend actionable next steps. This position requires someone with strong analytical and business skills, who can deliver at a tactical level.

    Responsibilities

    1. Gather data, analyze and provide recommendations on customer campaign performance to optimize ROI by market on monthly basis
    2. Leverage insights to recommend initiatives to improve retention
    3. Maintain and CRM/digital dashboards and real-time reporting capabilities globally and by monthly
    4. Instruct and educate markets on how to perform control groups and AB testing
    5. Assist in the facilitation of monthly CRM forum meetings
    6. Work with analytical agency to implement customer propensity models
    7. Consolidate campaign performance reports across all international markets and provide monthly reporting & insights to management team
    8. Collaborate with Business Intelligence to maintain customer data platform and campaign history
    9. Work with GM global/ GMF NA CRM/Digital Teams
      • Participate in GM Meeting and identify opportunities for GMFIO
      • Partner with GM Global CRM Analytical team to leverage their capabilities and insights while driving knowledge to GMFIO markets
      • Collaborate with GMF NA teams( Digital/CRM/Analytics) on best practice and other key initiatives

    Qualifications

    Education level:

    • Bachelor’s degree (minimum), desirable Business
    • Master’s degree (desired)

    Skills & Knowledge:

    • Automotive or financial industry experience
    • Strong analytic, quantitative, and problem solving skills
    • Experience querying and analysing complex data sets
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Expert in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint
    • 1+ years of experience with SAS or R
    • Superior written and oral communication skills
