The Procurement, Facilities & Record Management Intern will be given a thorough overview of the process for purchasing goods and services, also become familiar with the Global IO Management Supplier Policy rules and all applicable laws, policies and procedures.
During your intership you will work around:
Supporting the Facilities Analyst and other members of the P&F Team in establishing key administrative and inventory systems.
Supporting on develop and maintain records management policies, procedures and best practices.
Supporting the implementation of strategies for records storage, security, longevity and ongoing preservation
Finance sub area responsible of the acquisition of good and services, maintenance of our building office, company car fleet, management of internal auction and other employee services, also the area maintain the adequate custody of corporate information.
