    The QC Credit Analyst is in charge to perform the quality control and preventive reviews over the main processes and activities performed by the different team members of the Wholesale department. Some of the activities or processes reviewed are: the renewal process of the approved credit lines or new businesses  granted  to  commercial accounts,   customer  credit  files,  uploading  of  credit  line  among  internal systems, validation of the approval authorities based on every credit requirements, DPP requests, Lease / Rental customers, as well as Audits and Administration processes within the Department. This position also establishes remediation actions to reduce deviations and follow up the completion of them within the area.

     

    The  employee  also  generates  corporate  and  strategic  information  (KPI)  of  commercial  portfolio  and  analytics  to  facilitate the credit decisions and the performance monitoring of the department. 

    Responsibilities

    • Perform quality  control  on  the  credit  lines  renewals,  establishments and  temporary  credit  lines, as well as DPP, Lease/Rental and Audit processes,  to  ensure full  compliance  of  credit  policies  and  procedures
    • Provide recommendations and action plans accordingly to company’s policies and procedures
    • Work with internal areas to follow up completion of the remediation actions established during the Quality Control activities
    • Incorporate controls under Quality Control activities for Wholesale to extend the audit scope and contribute to mitigate any possible credit policy deviation
    • Provide key information required for the rest of the internal areas
    • Generate strategic information of the department through dashboards and presentations
    • Responsible to  the  implementation  of  the  BPMS  methodology  on  the activities assigned to the position
    • Involvement within the Wholesale area to provide continuous improvement ideas
    • Comply with timelines required to ensure successful compliance of the corporate policies and procedures

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Actuary or similar
    • Desirable: Master in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics or Economy
    • English fluent skills
    • High analytical capacity.
    • Internal audit experience including business processes.
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools.
    • Effective oral and written communication skills.
    • Large database handling experience.
    • High organizational skills.
    • Strong monitoring and follow up skills.
    • Ability to create new strategic reports, dashboards and presentations.
    • Strong customer service
