The Insurance Operations Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Customer Service Manager with operational, technical, administrative processes as well as projects related mainly to insurance in the Customer Service team and linked areas within this product. The supervisor will have contact with other stakeholder areas such as Customer Experience Operations, Leasing, Sales, Finance and our Servicing Center as well as Insurance companies in order to solve requests for clients, improve their experience with the product and our processes.
The Insurance Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing the insurance team that manages insurance claims, cancelations, endorsements, indemnities, life insurances, extended warranty, among others. Additionally, from an Operational and Customer Service perspective, supporting the implementation of upcoming insurance products, services and business changes.
