    The Regional Fleet Manager based in Mexico City role is to be a consultant for GM dealerships managers in commercial & administration areas such as: Fleet, F & I, Sales and General. The objective of this position is to create new business for the fleet area with administrators and sales force.


    • Undertake visits prospecting on a daily basis (3 customers per day), sales tracking and closing for new customers wanting to establish new credit lines, and their use. During prospecting visits the fleet manager will be accompanied by GM dealers and GM Fleet field representatives.
    • Master Right Solution and the needed tools to generate quotes within the system, plan comparatives and propose innovative approved plans tailored to the needs of fleet customers.
    • Train and guide the Right Solution responsible for each dealership in the following matters: capturing applications, review checklist documents, plan review, GMF responses tracking, HO’s care and contract purchasing.
    • Track application processes for applicable fleet credit line operations submitted by the dealer or by the customer. Constant communication with the Monterrey GMF Branch will be needed.
    • Actively participate in dealer meetings to increase prospecting customers and encourage fleet market growth through credit lines.
    • Generate periodic reports and tracking of customer visits, operations and credit line use by end customers.
    • Active support in events for the Fleet customer segment, such as Expos, Credit Fairs and other fleet operations related events.
    • Periodically generate benchmarks and report on all activities that banks or similar institution have either inside or outside the dealership.
    • Actively participate in assigned special projects.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related is required.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
    • At least 5 years of experience in Captives or banks or OEM at regional or similar positions. Fleet business vision and sales experience.
    • Availability to travel to neighboring cities of Mexico City (80%).

    • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Access database management is a plus).
