The Quality Assurance (QA) Information Coordinator will be responsible for generating reports related to the Consumer Credit-Retail Operations. This role will generate the reports through the use of: COGNOS, MS Access & Excel.


Data generated through reporting will become the basis for the QA validations, as it is essential for the action plans & strategy of the consumer credit area.


  • Monitor compliance of policies and procedures and anticipate the necessary adjustments to the sampling and revision methods in QA.
  • Responsible for the recording of month to month results & KPI’s (Obtained in reviews and QA assessments)
  • Document and communicate QA findings and trends (% of accuracy)
  • Recommend action plans to increase % of accuracy in each area.
  • Provide the area with QA results and feedback in a timely, complete and correct manner in order to comply with policies and procedures.
  • Support the Projects & QA Supervisor in required activities.
  • Define together with the management team of the area the annual work plan, including the monthly recurrence validations and the unique validations
  • Assist with audit or regulatory requirements.


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or equivalent is a must.
  • +1 year of experience in credit analysis, document verification or credit acquisitions.
  • Proficient in both Spanish & English (capable of having a business conversation)
  • Proficient in the usage of MS Excel (Macros, VBA, Pivots, etc.) and MS Access.
  • Desirable to have intermediate to proficiency usage of SAS/WPS.
  • Experience in database analysis & data interpretation
  • Experience in validation of policies and procedures
  • Green Belt Certification is a plus.
