As part of the Human Resources Team, the Talent Management Sr. Specialist will lead Talent Development and Management initiatives with a constant engagement with the HRBP, the Learning Center and leaders of the local operation for our Latin America Operations.


This role plays a key function in the support of talent reviews, performance calibrations & the development of training plans for employees in all levels of the organization.


  • Strong knowledge in Talent Development and Management
  • Able to proactively partner with local operations, HR Business Partners, global customers and Training department
  • Assist employees’ with individual development plans across business operations, functions and within area of responsibility
  • Support talent management reviews and performance calibrations
  • Develop specialised training plans for high potential employees
  • Project manages the design and development of appropriate Management and Leadership curriculum
  • Facilitate the transfer of knowledge to the workplace at all levels of the organisation


  • University Degree required; Master’s preferred
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese optional
  • Solid experience in corporate leadership courses, training delivery and some experience in Human Resources
  • +4 years’ experience in managing learning and talent development
  • Ability to work with employees across all levels
  • Experience in Talent Management, Leadership development and Human Resources within an international environment
