The Fleet Regional Manager located in Guadalajara is a consultant for GM dealerships in commercial &  administration areas such as: Fleet Area, F & I (Business Manager), Sales Manager and General Managers but also with sales force and administration area with the objective to create new business for fleet area.


  • Undertake visits prospecting on a daily basis (3 customers daily), sales tracking and closing for new customers focusing into establishing new lines of credit, and the use thereof. During prospecting visits he/she will be accompanied by GM dealers and field team representatives GM Fleet. 
  • Responsible to master the tools and specifically Right Solution to generate quotes within the system and comparative between plans and innovative proposals approved plans tailored to the needs of fleet customers. 
  • Guide the responsible for Right Solution in each of the agencies for: capturing applications, check list documents review, review of plans, tracking responses GMF, HO's care and purchasing of contracts. 
  • Responsible for tracking the application process operations applicable to fleet credit lines submitted by the dealer or even by the customer directly.
  • He/She will need constant communication with headquarters in Monterrey GMF. 
  • Actively will participate in dealer meetings whose purpose is to improve prospecting customers and encourage fleet market growth through credit lines. 
  • Will generate periodic reports: Customers Visits, tracking the operations presented, utilization of credit lines by end customers. 
  • Support in special events created for Fleet customer segment, such as Expos, Credit Fair and related events with fleet operations. 
  • Report on all activities that banks or other institutions do outside or inside the distributor. Must generate benchmarks periodically. 
  • Active participation in special projects as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related is required. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • At least 5 year experience in Captives or banks or OEM at regional or similar positions.
  • Fleet business vision and sales experience.
  • Availability to travel from neighboring cities of Guadalajara (80%)

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Access database management is a plus).
