  • Responsibilities

    • Assist dealers and end customers as they shop GMF products
    • Establish a good relationship with GM and dealers 
    • Meet monthly and annually the products’ sales quotas
    • Focuses sales efforts and visits by studying existing and potential volume of dealers and according to territory management
    • Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
    • Provide consulting to dealers related to GMF’s products ,processes and incentive plans in order to maximize the business’ results
    • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
    • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses
    • Provide trainings on the GMF products (retail and wholesale) for dealers
    • Make presentations on a quarter basis with the dealers to inform about the performance and improvement opportunities
    • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
    • Perform on a regular basis researches with the competition to identify the products and rates’ conditions  that are being offered to dealers and end customers
    • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
    • Analyze the market and discuss with products development team to understand the demand for new products
    • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management

    Assist other team members with transactions when necessary.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration and Economics)
    • Resource fullness-in applications as: Word / Excel / Power-point /Internet Browsers and Sales Force
    • Ability to negotiate, creativity, fastness to respond to critical situations, execution ability
    • 2+ years’ direct or inside sales experience
    • 4+ years’ retail experience a plus
