This department is responsible for the reporting and creating dashboards of the business operations KPI's , to best support strategic decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely and accurate generation of regular (daily, weekly and monthly) and ad hoc reporting, ensuring consistency and standardization across all countries in scope.
  • Develop new reports and make additional changes as and when required.
  • Proactively deliver insights to drive improvements in performance and help the business hit their strategic objectives. Provide with trends and forecasts.
  • Work with Team Manager and business stakeholders to identify business reporting and analysis needs and design and develop analytical models, forecasting models and reports.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to understand future departmental goals/objectives and define a strategic roadmap for analysis that will support these goals.
  • Contribute to building of data framework for the team for countries in scope.
  • Maintain controls and documentation of reporting procedures.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties in support of analysis and reporting that need innovation.
  • Support other analysts offering experience and help with their development.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding communication skills and effective interaction.
  • Outstanding customer relationship management skills.
  • Advanced numerical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Developing and automating reports using SQL and/or SAS/WPS and BI tools (Cognos, Tableau, Microstrategy, Qlikview or similar).
  • Advanced SAS/WPS skills is a must.
  • Experience in data warehousing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies;
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressured environment.
  • Stakeholder management and experience of working with senior managers and Directors.
  • Strong data manipulation skills, able to identify discrepancies and validate data to ensure accuracy.
