As our Senior Communications Specialist, you will act as a crucial member of the team by delivering key internal and external communications around our business. You’ll work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and senior leaders across Europe, providing communications support and guidance and helping them to get their message out to the internal business.


You will contribute story ideas, write and edit content (announcements; articles), communicating our company’s strategic priorities, values and purpose.

Additionally, you will act as administrator and content manager of our Sharepoint intranet portal, our primary internal channel.


This role will also involve external communications; driving PR & employer branding activities for our UK operations by selecting the most suitable communication channels.


As a creative thinker with a natural flair for writing, you’ll have gained relevant experience in a similar communications/ PR role, or similar such as online journalism. Experience of managing communications channels such as the intranet, with strong editing skills (graphics, video, photography) is important, ideally with working knowledge of SharePoint.

The ability to build excellent internal and external networks and relationships is essential, working collaboratively with colleagues across our European business. You’ll also be independent, self-motivated and able to deliver results within this high profile role.

Strong English language skills are essential; but as an international organisation, fluency in an European language (especially French or Italian) is highly beneficial.
