Responsibilities

 

In this telephony role, you will support the business by acting as the first point of contact for our retailers, underwriting department and both internal and external sales customers; supporting them with their queries. You will work to SLAs, ensuring high quality service is given to each call.

Please note that this role will include working shift patterns including the weekends.

 

Qualifications

 

As an experienced Customer Service Advisor, you will have gained excellent exprience of working with a variety of customers over the phone to support them with their incoming enquiry. You will have great computer literacy, and able to work with high attention to detail.

 

Please note that due to the working hours, flexibility to work shift patterns including the weekend willbe required. All offers are subject to a credit check pass.
