Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely and accurate generation of regular (daily, weekly and monthly) and ad
  • hoc reporting, ensuring consistency and standardization with other European countries
  • Develop new reports and make additional changes as and when required using company’s tools (e.g. Cognos)
  • Proactively deliver insights to drive improvements in performance and help the business
  • hit their strategic objectives. Provide with trends and forecasts.
  • Work with Team Manager and business stakeholders to identify business reporting and
  • analysis needs and design and develop analytical models and reports
  • Maintain controls and documentation of reporting procedures

Ensure ongoing adherence to all relevant compliance regulations that may govern the GM Financial Italia SPA business

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • Previous experience of working in a data analytics department preferable

Fluent Italian and English

 

  • Ms office package will be the core tools to produce analysis; advanced MS-Excel and Access skills required.
  • Ideally experience in using
  • Ideally (this is a plus) knowledge of the car financing sector/market
  • Analytical thinking / decision making
  • Advanced numerical skills, strong data manipulation skills
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders from across the business
  • Stakeholder management and experience of working with senior managers and
  • directors.
  • Ability to multi-task, excellent organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressured environment
  • Have a real passion/curiosity to provide business insight
