The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Marketing and Communication Manager with technical, administrative and commercial processes, for area projects such as developing Digital Communication strategy, as well as Social Media management, SEO, SEM and retargeting campaigns.  Develop process for actual and new web pages and mobile APP’s including launching and monitoring • Give support in the development and site enhacements • Strong cooperation with 3rd party providers – vendors whenever support is needed. The successful candidate will support in providing valuable B2C and B2B marketing information to internal customers as well as improving different processes focused on Commercial Areas and the GM Dealer network.


  • Develop Digital Marketing strategies which allows GM Financial to have promotional web tools and presence.
  • Creatively participate in different marketing projects such as web page development (actual and new), social media, SEO and SEM strategies, mobile APP’s development or integration to existing ones, digital advertising, digital promotion, etc.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, to acquire new customers and to reactivate existing ones.
  • Responsible for the digital marketing agency related projects and multiple vendors handling, including: planning, negotiating, activity follow-up and project deployment.
  • Interact with different GM Financial stakeholders such as IT, legal, compliance, internal control, etc.
  • Participate in BPMS and administrative process.  


Academic Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Engineering or related is required.
  • Strong oriented to digital developments, B2C and B2B markets.
  • Google Analytics knowledge, Adwords and SEO & SEM
  • Proven experience in developing digital marketing campaigns, mobile app’s, social media, SEO, SEM and web design.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English (will be evaluated during interview process)

Skills & Knowledge

  • +5 years of experience in marketing in a range of areas including digital marketing, SEO, SEM, communications, web design, mobile apps design, social media strategies, B2C and B2B campaigns, channel marketing, data analysis, innovation and graphic design.
  • Adaptable individual with strong communication skills and a deep knowledge of apps and the digital media/marketing space.
  • Passionate about digital technology and fully familiar with near-future trends and web technologies
  • Digital native with excellent marketing understanding
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Access database management is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in building clear, compelling value propositions that can be expressed in a variety of media.
  • Demonstrated ability to ascertain and speak to local market needs
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-oriented environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
