Overview

Analysis area is responsible for performing credit analysis of individuals and companies’ applications in which the customer profile and the payment capacity is evaluated, based on the credit policies and procedures established by GMF, regarding retail operations.

 

The Credit Specialist is responsible to monitor and maintain satisfactory response time and quality credit decisions, additional is responsible for authorize credit analysis exceptions based on the guidelines established by GMF.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supervising and developing a team
  • Make credit analysis exceptions based on the guidelines established by GMF
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining satisfactory response time and quality credit decisions, provide feedback if necessary
  • Ensure understanding of credit policies and procedures established by GMF
  • Responsible for providing support for the progress, completion and update of BPMS phases assist in the improvement of the deployment of the methodology.
  • Take responsibility for projects to improve operation processes

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Administration, Finance, Economics or similar

Desirable: Master in Business or Finance

  • Experience in credit and/or leasing analysis for individuals and companies + 4 years
  • High analytical capacity and problem solving ability
  • Ensure understanding of credit policies and procedures established
  • Knowledge of BPM, quality processes and/or process improvement
  • Ability to present technical information clearly and accurately
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
  • High responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal skills required in order to effectively communicate with the team, team work and collaboration
  • Experience managing personnel
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proactivity and initiative
