The purpose of this role will be to provide 1st level support for GMF Users and Dealers as part of the Service Desk team based in Cardiff.

This role is all about providing an excellent customer service to the European business to ensure queries are resolved efficiently and to a high quality. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails and web portal requests and will be responsible for escalating more technical incidents to our 2nd line Service Desk Analysts to investigate and resolve.
Importantly, you will need to log and monitor all incidents in order to ensure the queries are completed in a timely fashion and to identify any potential problem trends. As we are an international organisation, you will be expected to respond to queries in English, Italian and French.
Please note that this role will include shift work between the hours of 7.30am - 6pm including weekend work.
The most important element of this role is to provide excellent customer service in English, Italian & French. Therefore we are looking for strong communicators with experience in a customer orientated role along with language skills in English, Italian & French.
You will have good attention to detail and the ability to juggle tasks and prioritise effectively. Flexibility to work early and late shifts and weekends is essential for this role.
