Overview

 

AZUL_MTYThe Credit Administrative Specialist is responsible of providing administrative support to all areas at Consumer Credit such as; Underwriting, Purchasing and Dealer Care & Support.

Responsibilities

The Credit Administrative Specialist and his team will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring Compliance, Policies and Procedures framework applicable for the operation
  • Ensuring creation and updating of all Procedures of Consumer Credit
  • Manage Internal and External Audits, as well as in case of being necessary, provide adequate actions plans and proper follow up to close them timely.
  • Create and develop a strong Quality Assurance process to ensure identify proactively any potential issue
  • Support the onboarding process of new members of the team regarding all policies and procedures

Qualifications

Academic Background

  • Bachelor degree in administrative fields of related is a must. (Certification will be requested)
  • Master degree is a plus
  • Green or Black Belt Certification in process is a plus
  • English proficiency, both written & verbal is a must. (Will be evaluated during interview)

 

Skills & Knowledge

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload individually and the team balance multiple cross-functional duties and drive deadlines in a consistent manner.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills including the ability to review interpret and present data in a concise and precise manner.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application usage including Excel and Access.
