In this administrative role you will serve as a key point of contact to our customers by processing a volume of invoices and providing customer support via telephone and email enquiries. You will help with problem resolution and setting up new customers on our systems.
This is a busy department with a high volume of processing required, therefore attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure is important.
With experience of working in a customer orientated or administrative based role, you will be able to manage a high volume of workload by maintaining excellent levels of accuracy. You will have a strong work ethic and the ability to liaise with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
In addition, you will be able to demonstrate second to none organisational skills and excellent IT skills.
