About the role


Position Objectives and Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the project management of the quarterly release cycle for strategic Point of Sale (POS) applications.
  • Develop, review and approve project plans, manage issues and risks through to resolution.
  • Define and produce reports to all stakeholders including progress, metrics, KPIs, issues, risks and conflicts.
  • Deliver all releases in accordance with our Global Release Process and as documented by the PMO and Application Specialist Programme.
  • Lead and collaborate with the business stakeholders, Release Managers and our I.T. SMEs on all core applications to ensure that any Change Requests are managed seamlessly in line with the business priorities.
  • Maintain relationships with all stakeholders including IT and manage our vendor(s) supporting the project.
  • Develop and manage the relationship with our vendors, including allocation, coordination and follow up of tasks to complete project activities in line with project timelines.






What we’re looking for


Skills and Knowledge


  • Highly experienced in stakeholder management (business, Programme Director, vendor(s) and relevant IT personnel). Including dealing with Stakeholders globally.
  • Have the ability to demonstrate your experience of managing multiple projects on time and within budget.
  • You will be Customer service focused and be able to demonstrate your approach to resolving project challenges to a satisfactory outcome.
